Returns&Refunds: 

Usually, All Star has a very strict and careful product quality control system to make sure the finished products are without manufacturing flaws or defects. Our people take photos&videos and add the barcodes to record the finished products before shipping.

In case of our workers' mistake or negligence, making  the received products with visible manufacturing flaws, pls contact us for returning without any extra charges. 

To submit an issue, pls send us original order number, and pictures of the flaws and the product serial numbers within 7 days after delivery. Returns will be arranged to ship or pick up to our nearest warehouse in Europe or the USA or China. 

Reshipment will be arranged in 10-15 days after receiving the returns. For this, all shipping costs for returning and reshipment are on All Star side. For a non quality issued return or refund within 15 days after delivery, buyers will be afforded the painting cost, shipping cost, bank fee and customs duties and all other related costs. 

Delivery Warranty:

A shipping insurance is added to every shipment in case of package missing or damage during shipping time. 

Before sign the shipment, pls check the quantity and packages carefully with the packing list.

If any item is missing, or any damage is visible on the package. pls take the photos&videos as the proofs and put a complaint to shipping company directly. If damage is unacceptable, pls refuse to sign the shipment. Shipping company will return the shipment directly to All Star. We will arrange a new shipment to you within 10-15 workdays after received confirmation of shipping company. 

Or a necessary refund would be made asap to the buyers.

Quality Warranty: 

2 years limited quality warranty 

All Star is a responsible and reliable company. 

Basing on our confidence in the technologies and strict QC system, we take full responsibility for any defects of bike carbon rims/wheels/frames in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date when the shipment is signed. If All Star determines the product to be defective, we will either repair or replace the product at All Best's discretion. 

This warranty does not cover the defects or damage caused by negligence, accidents, abusage, incorrect installation, modifications, normal wear and tear, improper assembly, maintenance, or any other fractious reasons. These are not manufacturing defects. 

Cosmetic issues such as decals and painting are excluded from this warranty. 

This warranty does not apply to parts which are not manufactured by All Star (ex. hubs, spokes, nipples). For an issue related to these parts, the manufacturer of those parts must be consulted. 

ATTENTION:

Claim list, Original invoices, shipping bills,  and pictures of the defects and product serial number are required for a warranty claim. Please keep the original invoices and shipping bills of purchases for any future warranty claims. 

Regular customers could send the claims each 3 months.

Fractious Failure & Crash Replacement: 

For all kinds of fractious failures, we still provide a limited warranty for you. A replacements at 25% discount on the current prices, shipping cost and repairing costs are on buyer’s side.

upgrade a road free hub with shimano 11s/12s.

change hub axle or caps.

need a thru axle skewer for frame.
