About shipping.....

1. If buyers choose the free shipping, we will ship the goods through EMS or our own shipping companies.

2. For Belgium / Italy / Spain / Germany / France / Portugal / UK / Netherlands and other countries in Europe, we recommend the shipping by DHL / TNT, or duty-free shipping.

3. Once the goods are sent out, we will provide the tracking number of the shipping.

4. For the goods, buyers should receive them personally, rather than others.

5. When receiving the goods, please check the out packages whether they are completed or not. If there are some damage in the out packages, please open the packages to check if there are any damages on the products.

6. If there are damages on the products, please do not receive the goods, and require the staff to return the goods to EMS warehouse.
